Nadeem holds a Bachelor of Law Degree and was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2005. He undertook his pupillage at MC Law Offices and was called to the Bar in Mauritius in February 2007. He thereafter joined MC Law Offices as an independent practicing Barrister. His areas of expertise include: Corporate and Commercial Law, Aviation and Shipping, Finance, Labour and Employment, Trusts and Criminal Litigation. He has also successfully conducted trials in high-profile criminal cases.
